REFUND POLICY

Refund Policy for CMTHESOURCE LTD (trading as “The Source”)

This Refund Policy applies to all products and services offered by CMTHESOURCE LTD, including our Discord membership and high-ticket mentorship program.


1. Discord Memberships

A. Flexible Discord (month-by-month subscription)

  • Billed monthly.

  • You may cancel at any time via Whop to stop future billing.

  • No refunds for partial months already billed.

  • By subscribing, you acknowledge this is a digital community and agree there is no guarantee of results.

  • Refunds or chargebacks will be contested; legal action may be pursued for violations.

B. 12 Month Discord plan

  • This option is a 12-month contractual commitment.

  • Payments are due monthly for the full 12-month term.

  • Early cancellation is not available.

  • Cancelling your Direct Debit does not cancel your contract.

  • If a payment fails, access will be suspended until resolved and all outstanding payments remain due.

  • No refunds for Discord memberships under this option, including change of mind, financial circumstances, lack of engagement, or leaving the server.

2. Mentorship Program Payments

The Mentorship Program is a structured educational service. Due to the nature of the program and immediate access to proprietary materials, support, and mentorship resources- the following applies:


A. Upfront Mentorship Payment

  • Full payment must be made prior to access.

  • Once access is granted, the service is considered commenced.

  • No refunds after access begins, except as stated under the Performance-Based Guarantee (below).

B. Mentorship Payment Plan (3/6/12 month plans)

  • Depending on chosen plan, a 3/6/12 month contractual commitment to pay all (3/6/12) instalments is made upon purchase.

  • Cancelling your payment method does not cancel the contract.

  • Access will be suspended for non-payment, but the client remains responsible for all instalments.

  • No refunds after access begins, except as stated under the Performance-Based Guarantee (below).


3. Double Refund Guarantee

In some cases, (for our advanced 1-1 mentorship clients only- not discord memberships) we may offer a Double Refund Guarantee to select clients at our discretion. Where this is offered at the time of enrolment, it applies only if all qualifying conditions are met, including but not limited to:

  • You have completed all assigned modules and tasks within the mentorship program.

  • You have applied the strategies taught over a minimum of 6 months.

  • You have shown proof of consistent effort including but not limited to: product research, sourcing logs, invoices, shipments, Seller Central data, etc.

  • You have not earned a gross profit equivalent to or greater than your original payment to the program within the six-month period.

  • You submit a request for the double refund guarantee within 7 days of completing the six-month period - not before or after.

Failure to meet these conditions voids the guarantee.

If approved, you will receive 200% of your original payment amount.

This guarantee is not automatically granted to all clients. It must be explicitly stated at the time of purchase. Failure to meet any of the above requirements disqualifies you from the guarantee. The burden of proof is on the client to demonstrate consistent and full application of the mentorship teachings.

The double refund guarantee applies only to clients who meet all requirements without exception and submit a written request via email exactly 6 months from the date of purchase, within the 7-day window to make the request. Requests made earlier or later than this window will be deemed ineligible. We reserve the right to audit submitted proof. The decision to grant a refund under this policy rests solely with CMTHESOURCE LTD.

No refunds are issued for:

  • Partial participation

  • Failure to attend calls

  • Lack of results

  • Change of mind

  • Financial circumstances

Approved refunds (where applicable) will be processed in accordance with the original payment method and any third-party provider’s terms.


  1. Chargebacks

Chargebacks filed without prior contact or contrary to these terms may be considered fraudulent and will be legally contested.


  1. Cooling-Off Period (UK Consumer Right)

    Under UK law, clients have a 14-day statutory cooling-off period. However:

    If you request immediate access to digital content or services at checkout, you explicitly waive this right once access begins.
