  • Our low-ticket Discord membership ("The Source Discord Group")

  • Our high-ticket Amazon FBA Mentorship Program ("The Mentorship Program")

By accessing our Site, purchasing our products or services, or participating in our community, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must discontinue use of our Services immediately.

This website is operated by CMTHESOURCE LTD. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to The Source. The Source offers this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and /or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by these Terms, including additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein or available by hyperlink. These Terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and content contributors.

We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms by posting updates to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Continued use constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old or 13+ with parental consent to use our services. By using the Services, you confirm you meet this requirement.

3. SERVICES

The Source Discord Group

  • Access to a private paid Discord server , managed via Whop.

  • This is a recurring monthly subscription. Upon purchase, access is granted for 30 days.

  • Billing recurs automatically every 30 days unless cancelled.

  • Subscription starts from date of purchase, not activation.

  • You must manage cancellations through your Whop account.

  • Leaving the Discord or deleting your account does not cancel billing.

  • By purchasing, you agree to Whop's Terms of Service.

Mentorship Program

High-ticket educational service including:

  • Video-based Amazon FBA course

  • Up to 8 hours of 1-on-1 mentorship calls

  • Access to premium Discord channels

  • Personalised business support

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer.

All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.

The Mentorship Program and all associated content are provided strictly for educational purposes. We do not offer financial, legal, or investment advice. Results are not guaranteed and depend on your personal effort, business decisions, and external factors beyond our control.

4. USER REGISTRATION

You may be required to register with the Site. You agree to keep your password confidential and will be responsible for all use of your account and password. We reserve the right to remove, reclaim, or change a username you select if we determine, in our sole discretion, that such username is inappropriate, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.


5. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us is considered a violation of our Terms of Service.

  • Clients who initiate a chargeback will lose access to all services immediately.

  • We reserve the right to provide documentation to dispute any unjustified chargeback, including your agreement to this policy at the time of purchase.

6. CANCELLATIONS

For Discord memberships, you must cancel through your Whop dashboard. Leaving the Discord server or deleting your account does not cancel billing.

7. USER CONDUCT

By using our Services, you agree not to:

  • Share login access

  • Harass, abuse, or spam other users

  • Upload malware or malicious content

  • Copy, reproduce, or redistribute any materials

  • Promote other programs or solicit members

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All materials, course content, and tools are owned by CMTHESOURCE LTD. This includes any video calls, documents, tools, or downloadable assets. Sharing, copying, reselling, or using any part of our content for your own program, AI model training, or redistribution is strictly prohibited.

9. GENERAL CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Your content (excluding payment info) may be transferred unencrypted across networks. You agree not to reproduce, copy, sell, or exploit our content without permission.

10. ACCURACY OF INFORMATION

We are not responsible if content on this site is not current, complete, or accurate. The material is provided for general information and should not be solely relied on for decision-making.

11. MODIFICATIONS TO SERVICE AND PRICING

We reserve the right to change prices or discontinue services at any time. We are not liable for any such changes.

24. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and CMTHESOURCE LTD regarding our Services, superseding any prior agreements or communications.

25. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of the United Kingdom.

26. PAYMENT PLANS (IF APPLICABLE)

Where payment plans are offered, you agree to complete all instalments as per the agreed schedule. Failure to make payments may result in immediate revocation of access and collections proceedings. No partial refunds will be issued.

27. NON-COMPETE

By enrolling in our mentorship, you agree not to create, launch, or sell any competing Amazon FBA mentorship or training program for at least 12 months following your access to our Services. Breach of this clause may result in legal action.

28. CHANGES TO TERMS

You can review the most current version of these Terms at any time on this page. Updates will be posted without prior notice.

29. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

In the event of any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, the parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter through informal negotiation. If resolution is not achieved within 30 days, the dispute may be submitted to confidential mediation or arbitration in England, before any legal action is taken.

30. Affiliate Program Terms

  1. Eligibility & Approval

    • Participation in our Affiliate Program requires prior approval by CMTHESOURCE LTD (“The Source”).

    • We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our sole discretion.

  2. Commission & Payments

    • Affiliates earn commissions as outlined in the program details at the time of acceptance.

    • Payouts are processed according to the published schedule (e.g., monthly) and only for valid, confirmed sales.

    • We reserve the right to withhold or adjust payments for refunded, fraudulent, or cancelled transactions.

  3. Promotion Guidelines

    • Affiliates must not make false, misleading, or unsubstantiated claims about The Source, our services, or potential earnings.

    • Affiliates must not use spam, unsolicited messages, or deceptive practices in their promotions.

    • Affiliates may not bid on our brand keywords or misrepresent themselves as The Source.

  4. Use of Materials

    • Approved marketing materials may be provided by The Source. Any modifications or self-created content must not infringe intellectual property rights or mislead potential clients.

  5. Compliance

    • Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws and advertising standards in their jurisdiction.

    • Any violation of these Terms may result in immediate termination from the program and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

  6. Termination

    • We reserve the right to terminate or suspend any Affiliate’s participation at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.

    • Upon termination, the Affiliate must cease all use of our brand, content, and promotional materials.


31. ACCESS REVOCATION

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently revoke access to any of our services, including the Discord group or Mentorship Program, without refund, for any breach of these Terms or behavior deemed abusive, unethical, or harmful to the community.

32. TESTIMONIAL USAGE & CONSENT

By submitting a testimonial, success story, or feedback in any format (written, video, or screenshot), you grant us permission to use, reproduce, and display that content for marketing or promotional purposes without compensation. You waive any right to review, approve, or withdraw its use once submitted.

33. ACCOUNT SHARING & LICENSE RESTRICTIONS

All access to The Source’s content is licensed to a single individual per purchase. Sharing your login, course materials, or mentorship calls with others constitutes a violation of this agreement and may result in account termination without refund.

34. CHARGEBACK ABUSE CONSEQUENCES

Any chargeback filed in bad faith, or in violation of our refund policy, may result in immediate removal from all programs and services, a report to credit bureaus, and legal action to recover outstanding amounts, legal costs, and damages.

35. FORCE MAJEURE

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, pandemics, technical outages, or governmental actions.

36. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY

Clients are solely responsible for implementing the strategies and completing the tasks required to build their business. The Source provides guidance and support, but cannot be held liable for lack of implementation, motivation, or business outcomes.
